National polio day and MR campaign

Dear leaders,

Warm regards to you all from Rotaract District Committee. As many of you might have already known by now that there is a very good opportunity for the rotaract clubs to work for community, this september 17 and NID's(National Immunization days). As per the mail received from DRCC Rtn Kiran lal Sir, This year Nepal Government is organizing MR (Miggile and Rubella) campaign On  September 17th, (1-6-2069), on the same day National Polio Committee has decided to celebrate Polio Day by providing Polio Drops to Children under five year to support MR Campaign.In this regard, National Polio Committee has decided to help every Rotaract Club which will be active on Sept.17 & NID Day by providing a sum of Rs.15000/- to be spent on transportation,Miking Charge, Banner & refreshment.

So, I hereby inform and request the club secretaries and presidents to design programs to promote and assist the campaign. It'll be best if you work in coordination with the municipality, vdc's and other agencies working for the same cause in your particular area. Please keep the authentic bills of your expenses without exceeding the upper limit of 15000.Also, do not forget to click photographs of the events and present a report at the end. I'll inform you all with other details of whom to contact for the budget very soon. please feel free to put forward any queries.
