Dear Leaders,

Greetings on behalf of the Rotaract District Committee. I hope you all are geared up with a lot of Rotaract activities within your club and also in the community.

As much as we appreciate you conducting variety of projects, we would also like to remind you that you glorious efforts towards the projects would be futile if you do not report them.

Therefore, I urge you to submit the reports of the projects timely. The last date to report for this quarter is September 15, 2014.

PS: Please encourage the project coordinators to submit the reports rather than the Presidents and Secretaries doing it.
