Dear fellow rotaractors,

Candle walk is a peace rally organized by the community to mark the New Nepal Sambat (Nepali New Year), which fall on the new moon's night of November. The rally goes through the ancient and artistic city of Patan spreading peace and brotherhood. The candle walk ceremony also reflects the rich and precious newar culture which is inevitable part of Nepalese history and the immense treasury of tradition and culture.

We, Rotaract Club of Lalitpur, feel proud to announce that this year's candle walk is being hosted by us. With the past experience of hosting candle walk for consecutive six years, Nepal Sambat, 1125, 1126, 1127, 1129, 1131 and 1132, we welcome N.S. 1133 with the concious youth in effective cultural promotion to pace with the global trends with the theme YOUTH FOR CULTURE: PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION. We aim to outreach the community together to build a strong relation.

Therefore, we heartily invite you to this event and hope for the maximum participation from your club. The event details are written below;
