Dear Fellow Rotaractors,
Rotaract Club of Kathmandu West is
organizing a charity show for movie “BARFI” and the fund raised from the
movie will be contributed to Patan Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) to continue the ongoing project
of Disable Friendly Building Construction, which is located at Sankhamool Town
Planning.
CBR
(Community Based Rehabilitation) has been described by the World Health Organization
(WHO) as “a strategy within community development for the rehabilitation,
equalization of opportunities, and social integration of all people with
disabilities. CBR is implemented through the combined efforts of disabled
people themselves, their families and communities, and the appropriate health,
education, vocational and social services.”
Our small
contribution can be helpful for many differently able people to start a new beginning.So,I
would like to kindly request all our Rotaractors friend to participate in this
event.
