Dear Presidents and Secretaries,
Its our pleasure to inform you that we Rotaract Club Of Bagmati are organizing "Fellowship Cycling Program" followed by "Tree Plantation" event on Pharping, Talkhu. I would like to take the opportunity to invite you and your members to be a part of this event.
We will be honored if you grace the event with your and your members presence.
The details of the event are as follows:
Date :- 8th December 2012
Time :- 6:30 AM
Meeting Place :- Thamel , In front of KATHMANDU GUEST HOUSE
Route :- Thamel to Talkhu, Farping (Total Distance: Around 30 Kms)
Registration Charge for Rotaractors
With Cycle :- 650 /-
Without Cycle :- 250 /-
Registration Charge for Non-Rotaractors
With Cycle :- 750 /-
Without Cycle :- 350/-
{Note: The registration charge covers the cost of cycle (A Grade), Tree & Foods.}
LUNCH BOX will also be provided.
Hurry Up!!!!!: Registration should be made within 4th December 2012.
