RCGA Handicap Policy

RCGA uses the World Handicap System (WHS) as our official method for establishing and managing player handicaps.

This system ensures fairness, consistency, and universal alignment with golf standards worldwide.

Effective immediately:

• No changes to handicap procedures, tee box assignments, or handicap recalculations will be considered or implemented during the Cup Point Season.

• Any requests or concerns must be directed to the Tournament Director, who will bring them to the RCGA Board after the Cup Point Season concludes.

This policy is final and not open for discussion or modification until the season is complete. The integrity of our competition depends on this consistency.
