So, if the speaker you have lined up can't show, what do you do?

I had planned to have two speakers in order; a defense lawyer tomorrow
and a prosecutor next week. Got a message from the defense that he
can't make it. So, what do I do now?

The DA is still coming next week, and it should be good. He is the
chief of the homicide division, and prosecuted Richard Poplawski.
