Dear Joan,

I spoke with Sonny a while ago and following were what we have discussed;

1. Our sister club RC Cheonan Chungmu are arriving Manila on Mar 26, 2015 about 11:30am. As per Sonny , the all women club from Korea are with Cheonan Chungmu to meet their sister club as well (RC Circuit Makati? - not sure)

2. RC Cheonan Chungmu (Sonny will advise us how many are they), will meet with our club to renew & signing of our sister club agreement. Similarly, the all women club will also sign sister club agreement with their counterpart in the same occasion.

3. Per Sonny, RC Cheonan Chungmu wants to know the status of the 20units desktop computers donation. Can we show them pictures and list of the beneficiaries? They also want to see the teachers (representative) of the desktop computers because they want to discuss " Student exchange program" of local students to Korea.

4. From our end, in this meeting - we will present our project "Bahay Lingap" for possible sister club funding. All we need is a short presentation & the role of Tuloy Foundation.

5. Sonny is suggesting, RC Cheonan Chungmu wants to visit at least a school recipient of the desktop computers donation. They want to do this immediately after arrival Manila & before our 6:00PM meeting with them at F1 Hotel.
