Dear PE Bea,

I have sent all the deposit slips thru viber indicating the names, amount and dates. I normally deposit the payments the next business day for transparency. As treasurer, i should be reporting to all of you re collection status. At present, we have a very poor collection and i never failed to remind the members that we also have to pay our dues to The Rotary International. The club has no enough funds to advance the dues. Again, May i request everyone to settle the membership dues before the year ends. Thank you!
