Greetings from the Rotary Club of Makati West! :)

3 days to go before our Joint Meeting with Guest Speaker Sen. Grace Poe Llamanzares. 

Nice meeting you Ms. Eliza Torculas (RC Makati Jose P. Rizal), Ms. Jocelyn Ponggan (RC Fort Bonifacio Taguig City), Ms. Maricar Diokno (RC Makati GEMS) and Mr. Moli Almenario (for RC Makati San Lorenzo)

As discussed in our Lunch Meeting earlier at Shakey's Valero St, below are some reminders:

1) REGISTRATION TABLE - c/o RCMW to be provided by Mandarin Hotel. 4 registration tables for 8 secretariats.

2) REGISTRATION FORMS - c/o RCMW. We will prepare blank Registration sheets for those who have not submitted names to us except RCM Jose P. Rizal (c/o Ms. Eliza)

3) MEALS PAYMENT - PLATED MEALS for P800.00 per head. We guaranteed for 180 pax and as I called Mandarin, they will have NO BUFFER as they will only serve 180 PLATES. I therefore suggest that all of US (including us) will have our lunch earlier. Collection and gathering of payment c/o each assisting Secretariat of participating clubs (Ms. Eliza, Ms. Maricar, Ms. Jocelyn and Mr. Moli). Afterwhich, ATTENDANCE will be forwarded to RCMW Secretariat for us to give you Official Receipt (OR) upon giving your payment. As discussed also earlier, mode of payment preferably credit card and/or check. Pls inform us if you can pay asap today or until Wednesday. For easier access in the registration, you may want to deposit your payment as seen in below bank details:

4) MEAL STUBS - in our assembly at 11:30am, we will turn over you the REGISTRATION FORM along with the MEAL STUBS and NAMETAGS (RCMW visiting Rotarian nametags as make up cards/proof of attendance). We will give you enough numbers of meal stubs according to the allocated pax for your club. We will charge your club in accordance to the number of meal stubs that you will be consumed.

5) NAMETAGS - you may wish to bring your own club nametags of your members. But we will still issue a VISITING ROTARIAN NAMETAGS. Pls kindly give us the names asap for us to prepare it asap as well to maximize our time and to avoid hassle in the registration on Thursday.

6) PODIUM BANNER - We understand that RC Makati GEMS has no podium banner yet as they will only be chartered this month that is why they are requesting if they can bring their 2 ROLL UP BANNERS. Ms. Eliza (RCMJPR) suggested to Ms. Maricar (RCM GEMS) to contact CABMAN to produce podium banner for them and see if it may be available before Thursday. As per Mandarin, it is alright with them to place roll up banners at the registration and in the stage as well BUT we need also to inform our Pres. Tony Lopez regarding this. Pls kindly bring it anyway, Ms. Maricar.

7) CLUB HYMNS - so far in our meeting, RC Makati GEMS has their club hymn. You may wish to send us asap or just bring it earlier on Thursday (CD or USB). As seen in the attached program, after singing our CLUB HYMN, it will be followed by RC Makati GEMS and RC Makati EDSA. As soon as one finished singing their song, pls inform your members to stand up and sing your own club song upon calling of your own respective clubs.

8) NEWSLETTER / BULLETIN - if anyone is producing their bulletin and will be releasing their copies also on Thursday, pls see attached CV of Sen. Grace Poe.
