HANDOVER ADVISORY
1. VENUE: To avoid confusion, please note that the venue is at the MARRIOTT GRAND BALLROOM (the new convention building where the WASH Conference was held). It is beside the Marriott Hotel, NOT in the hotel. There is a separate parking in the new building. (see attached map)
2. REGISTRATION : There will NOT be an onsite registration. ASTPs please make sure to receive the tickets for your club before Saturday. The tickets contain your dinner stub, raffle stub and table number. To those who haven't received their tickets yet, kindly coordinate with ASTP Michelle Mantecon - Viber/ cell 0917-5236559 .
3. TIME: Call time is at 4pm for Cocktails & Pictorial with DGE Edna & Spouse Martin. Program starts at 5:30pm. It is on a Saturday so please consider the worst traffic situation . Best to allot ample time for travel.
4. ATTIRE: ASTPs are required to wear their uniforms (with black inner shirt ) with the corresponding scarves/ neckties /IDs during the pictorial and Handover Program Proper.
District Officers, club members and guests are requested to come in Black or White cocktail dress for ladies / suit for men.
5. PROMO ROOM: Marriott has extended special Rotary room rates on June 25. Please advice soon if interested. (see attachment for more details)
