VISIT OF D-3620 ROTARIANS FROM KOREA 

ON JUNE 26, SUNDAY, 2 PM AT PAR HOMES

Dear Trustees:

Please be informed that a site visit to PAR Homes will be made by four (4) Rotarians from RC Cheonan Chungmu, D-3620 (Korea) this coming Sunday, June 26 at 2:00 PM. They will be accompanied by DGE Edna Sutter and several incoming presidents and district officers for a total of 10 pax in the delegation.

The visitors are: 

1. Park Jung Seok
2. Lee Myung Soo
3. Lim Jong Hee
4. Byun Se Jong

In preparation for the event, the following Trustees/Officers are requested for cooperation from their respective committees:

1. EVP, Operations Glenn Gooco - to conduct a site tour for the visitors. He is also requested to prepare the site and make available technical equipment for the program;
   
2. EVP, ComDev Sue Sta. Maria - Mobilization of the homeowners for a presentation and emceeing chores. Her committee is also requested to request for a budget for snacks and beverages of the guests.

The following is a proposed program flow for your info/reference/comments:

2:15 PM - Site tour care of EVP Glenn Gooco

2:30 PM - Welcome remarks by Chairman Sid Garcia

2:35 PM - Message of DGE Edna Sutter

2:40 PM - Briefing by Pres/CEO Romy Cruz/EVP Glenn Gooco on Rotary Homes

2:50 PM - Presentation of homeowners care of EVP Sue Sta Maria

3:00 PM - Closing message by PDG Boyet Limon

3:05 PM - Recessional
