Candidates will be absorbed as Company trainee and eligible candidates will be absorbed after training on permanent role based on the performance as Junior software developers.
The selected candidates must sign a bond for 2 years.
Performance linked pay
SALARY : Initially the company will provide the complete training on ANDROID for the first 6 months ,after training they will be paid around 10k-8k based on their performance .And after one year the employee will have minimum of 15k-12k as inhand salary. After 2 Years they will be paid 22k-25k as the salary. During training they will not paid the stipend
Selection Process:
We don’t go only with the academic percentages of the students , anybody who have good programing skills in any of the object oriented programing language can apply to the job.
And we will check only the programing skills. All the rounds for selection process is to check the technical skills not to test communication skills. Students must be really sound with their
technical knowledge.
1st round is an online test which the student can attempt either from college or home, and the shortlisted students will be called fornext rounds during on/off campus drive at the
college.
The candidate need to appear the online test on the following link :

2nd &3rd rounds are pure technical written test ,followed by system execution round.
4th Round is personal interview.
