Performance linked pay
SALARY : Initially the company will provide the complete training on ANDROID
,after training they will be paid around 10k-8k based on their performance .
During training they will not be paid anystipend .
Selection Process:
We don’t go only with the academic percentages of the students , anybody who
have good programing skills in any of the object oriented programing language
can apply to the job.
And we will check only the programing skills. All the rounds for selection
process is to check the technical skills not to test communication skills.
Students must be really sound with their technical knowledge.
Final is pure technical followed by HR round.
The selected candidates must sign a bond
for 2 years.
