1) Please fill and mail back the enclosed Exam Request form to confirm participation.
2) DD towards the exam fees to be drawn in favor of "ORACLE INDIA PVT LTD" payable at BANGALORE.
3) Kindly submit the DD towards exams fees and filled exam request form through courier at the address mentioned below immediately.
