2010 National Convention Parade Map, Rules, Order of March Initial Draft

The Department of Delaware is the third Department in marching order. The FODPAL (foreign and overseas departments) which includes the Department of Mexico are always in Division 1. We are in Division 2. That is due to being in third place for membership.
