Hi, everyone....

The Bourbon St. Grille property has been listed for sale. The property appears to be in turnkey condition with the exception of roofing that will need to be redone over two thirds of the bar area. This is just an initial FYI. Please let me know if you have any specific thoughts or concerns. Aleta :)
