Dear Rotaract Family,
Warm Rotaract greetings!
The Rotaract Club of Patan Heritage is delighted to announce its Signature Event — the Cultural Carnival 2025, a celebration of Nepal’s vibrant heritage, diverse art forms, music, dance, and traditional cuisine. This year’s carnival also supports a meaningful cause: fundraising for “Nritya Sanjiwani: Healing Through Kathak,” a 9-month-long initiative dedicated to mental health awareness and emotional healing through art.
We are excited to open a Call for Co-host Clubs to join us in making this celebration of culture, unity, and compassion a grand success!
Event Details
📅 Date: Saturday, 27th December 2025
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🎭 Main Program: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Venue: Patan Museum, Lalitpur
Co-hosting Criteria:
✅ Pre-event Support: Minimum 5 volunteers from your club to assist in pre-event preparations.
✅ Event Participation: At least 7 members participating or attending the main event.
As a co-host, your club will:
Be recognized across all event collaterals and promotions
Be featured as a partner in our signature cultural celebration
Gain valuable experience in event management, networking, and cultural collaboration
If your club is interested in co-hosting, please confirm your participation by November 20, 2025.
