Subject: Supporting Well-Being: Mental Health Session for Rotaractors

Dear Rotaractors,

Namaste!

Even as life in Nepal slowly returns to a normal phase after recent difficulties, many people are still experiencing struggles with their mental well-being.  During such a time, organizing mental health sessions through our Rotaract club would be both meaningful and much needed.

As a mental health professional, I would be happy to facilitate such a session whenever required, and to share practical tools that can support our members and the wider community. Raising awareness around mental health at this stage is equally important, as it can encourage more open conversations and help people feel supported in their struggles. Together, we can make a positive difference in building resilience and promoting well-being.

I look forward to your thoughts and hope we can move forward with this meaningful initiative.

Warm regards,

Rtr. Shreeya Dangol

District Maternal,Mental And Child Health Chair
