Dear Rotaract Leaders,
Warm Rotaract Greetings!
The Rotaract Club of Kathmandu West is organizing a Self-Defense Session this Saturday, 15th November, aimed at empowering individuals with essential self-protection skills. This session will focus on building both physical preparedness and mental confidence to ensure personal safety and community resilience.
The session will cover vital techniques such as situational awareness, quick decision-making, and practical self-defense strategies applicable in daily and emergency situations.
We are honored to have Mr. Kabiraj Khadgi, a certified trainer from the Nepal Taekwondo Association, as our facilitator for this event.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, 15th November
- Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Venue: Alok Vidhyashram, Ratopul, Kathmandu
- Trainer: Mr. Kabiraj Khadgi, Nepal Taekwondo Association
Co-Host Criteria & Requirements:
- Co-Host Contribution: Rs. 500, the amount of which will be mobilised to cover the trainer’s cost - Rs.5000.
- Requirement: Minimum of 5 participants from each co-hosting club
