In this regard I as Registration Committee Chair would like to request you once again to register at the earliest.
I would also like to request those who has already registered, please filled up the visa form with your picture and submit to the Rotary Library at Thapathali by the end of June, 2016 so that we could process the visa. For your kind information we will be in Bhutan tentatively on first week of July 2016 and will submit the visa application there itself.

With great honour and privilege, I am disseminating this email filled with sincere request for your reciprocation, cooperation, participation and timely registration to 9th District Conference which is historically being held in Thimphu, Bhutan on 17 to 19 of February, 2017.
In one hand, it's a matter of pride to organise this conference in Bhutan which is an integral part of our district 3292. On the other hand, it's highly suggested to register yourself and suggest all your rotarian friends to register in time owing to some administrative and visa issues that should be addressed in time (Registration process must be completed by the end of August, 2016).
We have managed a registration desk in the venue of DTA as well for your comfort.
For sure, we try our level best to visit your club and talk to you in person too. In a mean time, we have sent you some important links and attached info materials for your further knowledge and acknowledgement.
