Dear Rotaractors,
On behalf of Rotaract Club of Patan South, I am delighted to invite you all to participate in E-Gyaan: AI-Aware.
RAC Patan South is organizing AI-Aware as part of E-Gyaan, our new digital literacy series. AI-Aware is aimed at building a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and its growing role in everyday life. The session will explore key concepts of AI, its practical applications, emerging opportunities, and ethical challenges such as data privacy and bias. Designed to be beginner-friendly, the program encourages responsible and informed engagement with AI while fostering critical thinking in an increasingly digital world.
The facilitator for the session is DevOps Engineer Aayush Pokharel. He describes himself as someone who spends his time automating things and making platforms behave by day, and doing experimental cooking, reading fiction and non-fiction, gaming, and exploring new music genres by night. Pokharel loves understanding how systems work—whether it’s infrastructure, a fictional universe, or a game mechanic—and enjoys sharing those discoveries through conversations and community discussions.
