Subject: Collaboration with MoHP's National Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Dear Presidents and Secretaries,

Warm Rotaract Greetings!

We are pleased to share that the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) is conducting a nationwide Mental Health Awareness Campaign, "स्वास्थ्य मन, स्वास्थ्य जीवन:  मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सचेतना अभियान २०८२" from December 10 to March 14, led by the National Health Education, Information and Communication Center (NHEICC).

We are proud to inform you that Rotaract District 3292, through the Rotaract District Disease Prevention and Treatment Committee, is an official collaborating stakeholder of this national campaign. As we are already partnering with NHEICC for our own initiative, “Healthy Me, Healthy Community,” we will be integrating Phase II (Mental Health) of our campaign with the Ministry’s national campaign.

This means that all mental health related programs conducted by clubs under Phase II of “Healthy Me, Healthy Community” will be officially a part of the Ministry of Health and Population’s nationwide campaign. The Ministry, through NHEICC, will provide standardized educational content targeting schools and community settings, ensuring alignment with national priorities.

Similar to Phase I, an orientation webinar will be conducted at the beginning of Phase II, where the approved resource materials, implementation guidelines, reporting process, and certification details will be shared with all clubs.

We encourage all clubs to actively participate in this important phase and contribute meaningfully to promoting mental well-being across our communities. Further details regarding the webinar and materials will be communicated later.

Thank you for your continued commitment and service.

Best Regards,

Rtr Prasiddha Sharma

District Disease Prevention and Treatment Chair
