Dear Club Representatives,

 

Warm Rotaract Greetings!

 

As part of the Mental Health Awareness Campaign 2082, the National Health Education, Information, and Communication Center (NHEICC) invites youth across Nepal to participate in a short video competition under the theme: मनको कुरा गरौं”

 

Video Guidelines:

  • Create a short video (up to 2 minutes) in Nepali or English.
  • Focus on mental health awareness, stress management, open dialogue, stigma reduction, and promoting access to care.

How to Participate:

  • Post your video publicly on your personal Facebook profile.
  • Use hashtags: #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters #NHEICC
  • Tag and follow the official NHEICC Facebook page.
  • Complete the required Google Form submission.(Scan the QR code in the flyer for the reporting form and additional information.)

 

The winning video will be featured on NHEICC’s official Facebook page, and winner(s) will receive recognition, gifts, and a certificate.

 

 Submission Deadline: 12:00 PM, Thursday, 12th March 2026

Winner Announcement: 14th March 2026

 

We encourage all Rotaract members to participate and use their voices to promote mental health awareness across Nepal.
