Subject: Request for Club Participation | District Tree Plantation Initiative with PUBG Mobile
Dear Presidents,
Warm greetings.
We are pleased to inform you that a Tree Plantation Program is being organized from 23rd to 28th Falgun in five major cities: Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan, and Jhapa/Dharan, in collaboration with our valued partner (PUBG Mobile)
In this regard, we sincerely request your club’s active participation and coordination to make this initiative impactful and sustainable.
Each participating club is kindly requested to:
1. Select a sustainable and environmentally suitable venue within your locality.
2. Promote the program effectively through social media in coordination with the collaboration partner.
3. Conduct tree plantation on the designated dates (23–28 February 2026).
4. Ensure proper care and follow-up maintenance of the planted trees.
Objectives of the Collaboration Partner:
1. Celebrate and promote a greener and healthier environment.
2. Donate 200 plants in each city to support this initiative.
Clubs are encouraged to collaborate and join hands for this noble cause. Together, we can contribute meaningfully toward environmental sustainability and community development.
