Dear DRR Aides,
Blissful Rota Greetings!
As we move forward through this Rotary Year, I would like each of you to conduct visits to your assigned clubs before the end of the 2nd Quarter. These visits are meant to fulfill your responsibilities of checking, guiding, and helping clubs correct and strengthen their documentation.
Please ensure that:
- You visit each assigned club and thoroughly review its documents.
- You provide guidance and support to help them make necessary corrections and updates.
- You are present during the ZRR’s official club visit to confirm that all improvements have been implemented.
📌 Additional Notes:
- Please feel free to ask if you are confused at any step of this process.
- You may mobilize or seek assistance from the respective RDC Committee Members in your region for additional support.
- For smooth tracking and proper recording, we are monitoring this process club-wise. Each DRR-Aid is requested to coordinate with DRR-Aid Rtr. Subin Khadka, who served as Admin Head (DS) last tenure. His experience and expertise will be crucial in ensuring this process is carried out effectively.
Your role is crucial in ensuring our clubs remain strong, well-documented, and aligned with district standards. Your guidance will empower clubs to maintain proper records and compliance, ultimately making them more sustainable and effective.
