I'm having an issue with getting OpenOTP to send an SMS.

The logs look good as though everything is working on openOTP's side:
[2015-01-22 13:08:11] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] LDAP password Ok
[2015-01-22 13:08:11] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] OTP challenge required
[2015-01-22 13:08:12] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] Sent SMS password to 1413*******
[2015-01-22 13:08:12] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] Updated user data
[2015-01-22 13:08:12] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] Started challenge session of ID a11f3*******59 valid for 90 seconds
[2015-01-22 13:08:12] [127.0.0.1] [OpenOTP_DBA8B4AD] Sent challenge response

No text ever comes through.  When I've gone into the reports on Clickatell's website, they all show error 9, a routing error. "An error occurred while attempting to route the message"

In the reports it shows everything to what I'd expect, including the carrier that it should be sending out to.  The only thing I find just a little bit odd is the source address is just a - instead of a number, or a host or something.  I expect that would be the way though using this soap api, so still not a red flag.

Any thoughts?  I've opened a ticket with Clickatell but I'm still waiting for their response if it's on their side or mine.  They claim their network is 'fully functioning'

I got a response from Clickatell -- They cleared that error up for me -- the monthly contract is an assigned phone number -- this number needed to be associated with the SOAP API instead of the default created one they made.  To do this, I followed this text:

=-=-=-=-
Your US long code is assigned to your HTTP API and messages are being sent via the SOAP API.

To assign the correct API being used for message sending to your US long code:

Log into your account.
Click on ‘SB API Subscription' and select the number you wish to manage.
Under number information click "manage".
Under the product simply use the drop down to choose the API you want to assign.
Click save changes.

Thanks for the follow up, Dave. We'll add a comment on that to the next release of our documentation.
