Hi Perttu,

I am testing a mobile device to register openotp tokens. After testing the ios device register is normal, and all Android devices have errors.

Hello,

Which version of WebADM are you running ?
Are you using waproxy for the front end URL ?
could you try an enrollment with your phone on https://www.rcdevs.com/demos/
you have to create your account first, after that login on https://webadm.rcdevs.com/webapps/selfdesk/login_uid.php
with the account previously created. Try to enroll your Token and try to perform a login through our selfesk demo application.

Regards

Hi,

If you're not receiving these push notifications then it's likely that your notifications are disabled for your app. You may turn these notifications back on by using the following steps:

Open the Settings on your android phone.
Tap "Apps" or "Applications" to view a list of installed applications on your phone.
Find and tap the "OpenOTP" app.
In the app settings page that appears, tap the "Notifications" category.
Next, make sure the "Block All" setting is turned off.

Best regards

Hi,

Did you download the App from Google Play Store? Is the device registered with a Google Account and Services?

The push message relies on Google Services and cannot work without them.
