Hi,
in our company people are only allowed to connect to our VPN from EU countries. Now we need to allow one person to connect from another country. I thought I add a group specific setting and alow that group to connect from that other country but I cannot find a setting to override the client's geoblocking settings.
Is it possible to just allow members of a specific group to have another geoblocking setting?
Thanks :)
Justus

Hello,

The country allowed to login on your VPN are probably configured on a WebADM client policy used by your VPN.
It is unfortunately not possible to configure it per user or per group.

Hello,

oh, what a pity. I also tried another client policy. One with an excluding group and another one for members of that group. That would not work as well.
Can you make it possible to have geo blocking disabled for members of a group?

Thanks and all the best

Justus

Hello,

I checked with the development team, and unfortunately, it is not possible to add that feature as part of a group or user setting since it is not an OpenOTP setting. That setting is only scoped at the client policies level and cannot be changed.

Sorry for that.

Regards
