We would like to upgrade it use ( Fresh Installation )  to ubuntu 22.04

Sure, just also copy over the slapd backup cronjob, logrotate scripts and systemd service files, since they're not under /opt/ . These files are installed by the /opt/<product>/bin/setup bash script, if you're curious.

If your SQL data was also installed on the same hosts (MySQL/MariaDB's for example), you will also need to migrate them over.

You will need to update the configuration files in /opt/<product>/conf/ if you're changing IP addresses.

You might be interested in our migration documentation (https://docs.rcdevs.com/howtos/migration_guide/migration_guide/), and if you have a commercial license (since you have a cluster), ask the sales for where you can create support tickets.
