Dear Sir,

Just asking if possible to integrate SMS on second if the push notification failed to approve also by default push notification is 30second before went to second otp is this possible to reduce to 15 second.

Hello,

Yes, this is possible with OTP Fallback setting in Applications→Configure of OpenOTP, or in settings of a client policy.

This will require configuring SMSHub application: https://docs.rcdevs.com/smshub/#administration-in-webadm

Settings of OpenOTP do not permit to lower mobile timeout to less than 30 seconds.
