Hi All

Im a IT security manager from Bangalore, India and I'm intrested in testing the RCDevs OpenOTP system

I had posted a query i the group as part of a reply by somebody else but am just bring it up once more. So request all members to please provide your experience nad knowledge on hte points below:-

1. Im using Cyberoam firewall which has got SSL VPN capability
2. I want to use use OpenOTP as the two factor authentication system with the Cyberoam firewall
3. What will be the authenticator device or software client - can I use any authenticator with it - eg Google authenticator
4. Will such a mobile based authenticator work or is are there any configurations to be done for that
5.  Will it integrate with Windows 2008 R2 based AD
6. Can I use windows 2008 based radius or any other radius server Or does the RCDevs system has its own built in radius engine
7. Does anyone know of any companies which provide support in India
8. What are the commercial terms if RCDevs has to provide support 
9. Any other point of consideration

1. Check if you SSL VPN supports RADIUS. It certainly does. In this case look at this:

3. You can use any OATH hardware tokens or soft tokens (ex. Google Authenticator).

4. Of course tokens must be enrolled at the users. Try the online demos and check OpenOTP QuickStart Guide.

5. Sure. the install procedure with AD 2008 is in the WebADM Installation Manual

6. No - OpenOTP has its own RADIUS service called OpenOTP RADIUS Bridge. You don't need anything else.

7. You can contact RCDEVS Sales for commercial and contractual matters.
