when im trying to enroll a OTP token for the user, im getting the message:
Could not find any user domain
Not sure what the issue is here? i have successfully connected my AD

Hello,
This is because your user in not included in the User Search base of your WebADM domain object. WebADM GUI > Admin > User Domain > YOUR_DOMAIN > CONFIGURE > User search base.
Edit that setting to include your user object or set it the root LDAP tree base.
