User login statistics issue

Hello Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue in RCDevs WebADM related to the database statistics section.

When navigating to:

Databases → User Login Statistics

the page opens, however no output or data is displayed. The section remains empty and no statistics are shown.

Could you please assist us in checking the cause of this issue and advise what logs or troubleshooting steps are required from our side?

Hello,

Which SQL database system are you using with WebADM?

Do you have multiple WebADM domains configured? If so, ensure that you are selecting the correct domain from the User Login Statistic page (see attached screenshots).

If no data appears, you can check the SQL query being executed by enabling the following setting in /opt/webadm/conf/webadm.conf:

log_debug yes

After updating the configuration file, reload the configuration from:

WebADM GUI > Admin > Reload WebADM Configurations

The SQL query will then be logged in:

/opt/webadm/logs/webadm.log

Hello,
Regarding the issue with the "User Login Statistics" page, I followed the suggested troubleshooting steps one by one, including enabling debug logging and verifying the correct domain selection. However, the issue still persists.
When I click on the mentioned section, the page remains blank and no statistics are displayed.
Could you please advise on what else I can check or provide from my side for further troubleshooting?

Which SQL database system are you using with WebADM and what is its version?

Can you provide the logs contained in /opt/webadm/logs/webadm.log when you are accessing the statistics page please? 

Which version of WebADM are you running?
