Hi Guys,

Question, I have 1 Remote Desktop server (RDS) installed with the OpenOTPCredentialProvider, and during setup you can whitelist a group or some users.

But what if I have 10 users enrolled via 2FA, but I want to "temporarily" whitelist them, or disable  / bypass 2FA for them quickly? is this possible through WebADM?

Hello Imani, you can set LDAPMode=LDAP (instead of the default LDAPMFA) in the MFA app settings on a group, and add the users to that group. App settings can be set at (earlier overwrites later): SOAP/JSON request > Client Policy Application Settings > User settings > Group settings > Global (Applications tab) settings.
