Dear all,

I have attached in the image below the webadmServerLog that indicates i have successfully logged in, but on the actual windows login page it shows me the message, "Authentication failed. Wrong username and password" as shown in the second image.
Could anyone help me with this?

Hello,

The fact that you have received a msg ( Sent login success response ) doesn't mean that you have correctly configured your CP.
At first, you need to check logs in the client machine by passing the debug mode to 3.

Thanks,

Hello,

To enable debug mode :

Can you send a screenshot of OpenOTP-CP in your registry ?

Hello,
Can you send logs from the client machine (Windows) and webadm.log?
Do you have a push configured ? If not with your OTP login mode, you don't need to enter the password, just click enter and the system will ask your OTP password.

Hello,

I have enabled the debug mode and set it to 3. This is the screenshot of the webadm log and CP log.

Hi,

If I do that will the authentication work? because I did try it using the latest version and it didn't work.

Plus I need this for testing purpose so I need it to accept many users in different logins.

Thanks!

Hello,

I can confirm that the last version work perfectly with the version of Windows 11.
So install the last version, make check_ldap to 1 in the registry.
