OpenOTP-CP Default provider - workaround

I am using OpenOTP-CP as Default provider on Windows desktop. For some reason I had to restore Windows system disk from backup which led to a lost of trust between desktop and domain. So I am not able to login with any domain account. To solve the issue I need to login into desktop via local administrator account. Could you please help me, how to do this?

If you have remote registry enabled you could try removing the credential provider from the registry

If there is no other workaround how to login with local administrator I will try it. I found at discussion forum this registry which could be removed. Did you means this one? 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Provider Filters\{5AE8C610-7541-4FF8-9845-C363410D574C}]

In your case, the only solution is to remove this registry key.
