Does this occur with all push notifications you receive on this device? If yes, please verify that the device is correctly synchronized with an NTP server.
If the push login request appears and disappears quickly, and you briefly see “0 seconds,” the cause may be different. In that case, check that the application is up to date with the version currently available on the app store. The latest version, released at the beginning of January (if your device is eligible), fixes similar behavior.
If you are running recent versions of WebADM and OpenOTP and the issue persists, you can tap the bell icon from the home screen of the mobile app. Any pending transaction can then be retrieved from the backend and answered.
