Information about CET for admission to HSC

Dear Parent and student ,

As per details received from the education department ,there will be  CET for the 11th standard online admission and it will be conducted on *21st August, 2021*., for students of all Boards. A few details regarding the CET are given below.

• Timing for the examination will be 11.00 am to 1.00pm (2 hrs.)
• Form filling for the CET is temporarily on hold as there are technical glitches -Website for the same is http://cet.mh-ssc.ac.in - please visit the site regularly to check Hall tickets will be provided online those who will fill the CET form.These will need to be printed 
• *Fees for the same will be 178/- rupees*, which can be paid  online medium. (Debit card, credit card, UPI etc.)
• The paper will be of 100 marks. Please review the attached document for complete details on syllabus 

Kindly note 

- the matter regarding CET common syllabus not being fair on other boards and first preference being given to the same has been raised in the high court 

- decision regarding having different syllabus for different boards and also regarding the preference for CET is likely to be announced on 28 July. 

We will keep you informed regarding any updates.  In the interim it is recommended that students prepare for the CET.  

Admissions to Rustomjee HSC college will happen on the basis of IGCSE results.  CET will not be needed.  For further details , please visit the ssc school and junior college website.
