holiday. By the way we already started our new semester, and as for
that we need to gear up for our upcoming events for RCD.

So as the first step, i need confirmation from you all regarding how
many people are still in campus for September 2013, if can try to send
me ASAP, because its really important.....Reply me all of your
availibility......and we will have our first meeting for our new
semester very soon.......thank you........tc guys.....

Please be informed about our tasks to be completed asap:

-Research Visit (suggested date: Saturday of week 3)
pic: ariff rahman, syai & pannir selvam. Finalize the university that we will visit, and finish the proposal by this week to be brought to tn hj jalil. Please update abt the details asap

- research survey #2 (release by next monday) pic: koi zi kang & fasiha. 
I have viewed the rough draft and will reply the modifications asap

-3rd MPPK (Suggested date: monday of week 3)
pic: vinoth, aimanhadi & adzirah.
We need to conduct MPPK before the visit in order to inform all of them abt the visit & confirm attendance. Also, we need to set up another issue to be discussed during MPPK, like what we have done before, the issue was clubs' performance. Adzirah, please post issues yg akak request tu ye

- update MPPK blog about Students centre pictures & rules.  Pic: Irham & Harith

- monitor Students centre condition every week, paste the rules & regulations etc. Pic: chan & fateha

Please be prepared for the updates for these tasks to be presented during our weekly meeting by this week. Vinoth will announce abt it later.

Issues :

1) MPP - need manpower

             utilize online form as a platform

2) RCSU - also manpower

               tubuhkan HRM in RC (stgh member ada problem)

               pindah student blkg McD

3) Medtech - bukan student body but a club

                   event sem ni - Cybergen & Kembara Sufi

4) SRM - need more members

5)SRN - no fix event. Just conduct an event by themselves

          - suggestion : collaborate if have same objectives

6) RM - have many events but less crowd

7) MAKNA - searching for new advisor

8) IEM - request to be a student body instead of club

            after graduated, they do not registered with IEM

9) HOT - 10 reporters active does not enough for all events in UTP

              nothing in HOT published about engineering stuff

10) Clubs - clashes of event

                so much charity event

11) Martial arts - they have locker but no keys

                          does not have floor mat

                          store room bersepah

                          request timetable (for booking)

                          manpower and peruntukan (budget)

12) PSCM - its hard to approach new students
