Salam & Hi everyone!

Welcome to the new Google Group for Research & Club Development Department MPP UTP 2013. Hopefully, we can fully utilize this medium to:

- Post updates for tasks

- Discussion for new ideas

- To just say 'Hi'' and Share any useful knowledge / tips among ourselves 

I have a few announcements to make, so pls take note ya

# we will NOT have a department meeting this week due to holiday, therefore all updates for work in progress MUST be reported via this thread. Just reply all your progress latest by (Friday 5th July 2013)

# for all the tasks listed for you below, please reply their status (either 70% finished, done, etc) or you can raise any concerns necessary

Ariff & Syai	Research Visit - proposal presentation to Tn Haji Jalil -availability for 1 bus on 27th July - MOM meeting (Syai)	- better do some listing of other tasks needed to be done regarding this visit
Aimanhadi & Adzirah	Propose new projects to be done by club presidents under MPPK’s name	- regarding your ideas, the President of MPP is interested to go forward with the charity program. - you may discuss this with exco1 CNS (Alfian – 0173036381) to get his suggestion for other details
Harith & Irham	Upload pictures of events Update blog MPPK for 2 current events: - 2nd MPPK - Leadership Camp	- I already added Harith as one of the authors of MPPK blog, along with Irham.
Pannir Selvam & Fatehah	Supervise and improvise the Students Centre conditions	- currently, there are many items left by other societies in the room. Please take action asap. (e.g piling them all at one corner etc) - and please update on what tasks that have actually been done by you and your team
Koi Zi Kang	Analysis of Student Involvement Survey	- the tabulation and calculation done. - Afterwards, need to prepare it in a report form (just draft first: objective, methodology, results, findings)
Fasihah	Approach HICOM of MPPUTP 13 for feedback & new ideas for RCD	- approach as many as you can - please state who and what respond was received from them

do u guys have any idea how to approach and get contacts with HICOM MPP? if feedback or ideas from normal students or club presidents, i can do that.. but i have no idea how to find HICOM MPP.. please help me on this...  #newgirl

Fasihah, yup, I think chatting in FB is more convenient.but, if you have any opportunity to approach them individually, it really nice, I guess.just my suggestion

or maybe in any MPPUTP occasion, just specifically for the involving of MPPUTP family members, i think it's easier for you to approach them

Update :
- Duty Roster (involving RCD members only) has been released and I hope to all RCD members, please take note about your duty. 

- InsyaAllah, this Duty Roster will start on second week of July.

Question :

- kak Fatin or abg Vinoth, can I get any latest update from the clubs who has registered for the tables in SC? because I want to make the Duty Roster for the clubs also.

Concern :

- I would suggest that we inform to the President of clubs who has put their things at SC through email. Ask them to send their club's representatives to take all their stuff. Mostly, the things that are left in SC are from previous MMK event and they haven't clean it yet. We'll set a due date. If no action taken from the clubs, we'll arise it at next MPPK, maybe we can put a stress upon this matter.

and to ALL others, please reply your UPDATES asap. Not just write 'noted', but specify your updates. 

What actually have been done, in progress etc. This is to notify your exco and all RCD members of the work you have been working on. Even if no updates, then please state what task is currently you are trying to finish. again, please refer the task distribution above.

just went to maitainance last wednesday...

the bus for 27 july is already full, i try to ask about 8 july but the database for next month is with mr kavi...

and mr kavi is not in utp for that day...

so, i will ask for the availabilty next monday, if there's also no bus avail...

i wil try to ask tn hj about renting outside bus for the visit...insyaAllah...

Just want to update:

1. Regardless of the suggestions on the CSR event, we had already done and send to Kak Fatin.

2. Another is MPP had agreed to proceed with the charity programme. We also already refer to Abang Alfian who are handling this programme and we had forwarded the invitation email to Kak Fatin to be send to all respected student bodies and clubs. Thanx Kak Fatin :)

Hope this programme will be organized and run smoothly. In Shaa Allah.. :)

dear all,

for your information on this Saturday (13th July 2013) MPP UTP will have a visit to IIUM Gombak, to have a discussion slot with the students representative there.

there are still some seats open for Rakan Excos to join, but you have to fill in the spreadsheet form urgently, as the organizer will want to know the exact amount of participant as soon as possible.

we will gather at V2 bus station around 7am on Saturday, and expected to arrive at UTP at night on the same day, since we will have dinner (or buka puasa) together.

so anyone interested, please fill in the online form ASAP yea. Thanks !
