Dear Supporter,

Thank you for being one of over 67,000 British citizens who signed the Westminster Declaration of Christian Conscience in 2010 in support of life, marriage and conscience.

As you may have heard, the government, led by the Prime Minister, now intends to change the legal definition of marriage to allow same-sex marriage and is shortly launching a consultation on how (not if) to do it.

We are writing to encourage you to sign the ‘Coalition for Marriage’ Petition which was launched on Monday 20 February and has already gathered over 35,000 signatures.

The petition simply says:

‘I support the legal definition of marriage which is the voluntary union for life of one man and one woman to the exclusion of all others. I oppose any attempt to redefine it.’

What you can do:
