Getting rid of "empty" tags

Is is possible to get rid of empty tags? I accidentally tagged
something "'ssh kerberos aix" (no commas), and even though I removed
that tag from the document that had it, it's still showing up in the
"Filter" view.

I may have some time this weekend to work on that, I have had other
requests for a tag editor/manager. Please feel free to describe how
you would like it to operate.

I was thinking of using a type-ahead ajax widget to lookup tags, then
you click on the one you want to edit or delete, you are presented
with a form to edit this tag and a delete button, then you confirm
delete or save your changes. something like that sound good?

Of course, you also might want a "Clear Dangling Tags" button. That
would find all tags not associated with an Entry and nuke them.

Yeah, all I really care about are the dangling tags... not that the
other stuff wouldn't be nice, but not being able to get rid of
dangling tags is annoying :-)
