New Features, UI Changes

I have been coding all day today. I have implemented RSS feeds for any
Tag-based filter and Recent Entries. I will be adding RSS buttons all
over the place where it seems appropriate. Please post here if you
have a specific request for RSS feeds.

I have made a few changes to the Detail Screen concerning the buttons
and tag bar. The entry text area and the Images are have been
lengthened. Some navigation enhancements are also new.
