romwbw mac/ios/linux/web new version

The romwbw emulator for Mac/iOS/Linux/Web just released a new version:
- For iOS, add a sticky control bar with a control key and other keys.  Previously, the control key could only be timed on a late-model iPad with an external keypad.
- add disk creation 8mb or 51mb romwbw disks
- fix banked memory to work for CP/M 3
- restructure so code common to all clients is shared

- an emulator that translates CP/M BIOS calls to Linux
