Those of you that have opened your RC2014 Newsletter that was sent out
earlier this evening will already know about the RC2014 Assembly that
will be taking place on September 20th 2025.

And those of you that clicked the Eventbrite link will also know that I
screwed up the hyperlink and the https part got messed up! One day I
will send out a newsletter without any errors - but today is not that
day! If you don't want to type the https bit yourself, you can just

The RC2014 Assembly is a meetup of the RC2014 community to be held at
The National Museum Of Computing  in Bletchley Park.  I have been
working with Peter Onion and the museum staff to get this arranged and
it looks set to be a fantastic day.

However, it will only be a fantastic day if *YOU* are there.  We want to
have people there showing off their hardware, demonstrating interesting
software, selling kits and generally sharing what they love about
RC2014.  And by "RC2014", it includes RCBus and Z50 based computers, as
well as Z180, Z280, EZ80 or other processors that roughly fit in with
the eco system. Hey, we'll even let 6502 processors in if they have a 40
pin header on the PCB ;-)

There will be 15 minute lightning talks on the hour too, so if you have
something interesting to share then we'd love to hear it.

If you have a vague idea for something to bring along to display, or not
sure if something will be appropriate or not, please drop me an email
and we can discuss things.

There is a limit on the amount of tickets for those just exhibiting or
those selling kits on the day, so I would suggest buying your ticket
soon (although they don't go on sale until tomorrow).  Note that the
ticket price includes full access to the museum as well as tea and
coffee to keep you refreshed.

If you just want to come along and visit for the day then the ticket
price is the same as the museum entry price, and either ticket will get
you in to the RC2014 Assembly.  However, if you buy your ticket for the
RC2014 Assembly then the museum will have a much better idea of numbers
on the day.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Spencer

I sure wish I was in England so I could attend.
