Traveller TTRPG subsector generator for RC 2014

Hi everyone,

I showed my Orton 3C to my tabletop roleplaying friends and one asked if it could run an old BASIC program written by Marc Miller, the creator of the Traveller TTRPG. It was originally written for the Apple ][

I said no, but my RC 2014 ][ Classic could do it!

I removed the disk operation, it just prints to screen.

Hardly any other changes were necessary,  just had to CLEAR some more space for variables, and deal with how Microsoft BASIC formats some strings differently, and shorten one particularly long line.

I've put the code on my RC 2014 Github page. Pretty unlikely to find someone else whose Venn diagram of interests overlaps as mine do here, but who knows!
