RomWBW SC608 support utilities (I2CSCAN, I2CLCD, SROM)

When I got my SC608 I2C Master card I was under the impression that support was there in RomWBW but then I discovered that the provided utilities are meant for a PCF8584 and I haven't found another way to use it under RomWBW so I (sort of) made one.

With the help of Grok and Claude Code I made a set of new utilities (I2CSCAN, I2CLCD and SROM) that work with this card and can do what the originals (for the PCF8584) do (SROM actually has an extra Erase function now and supports a couple more EEPROM sizes).

I understand there might be some reluctance to use code made with AI but I honestly don't care, I'm posting the code (and binaries, just remove .txt) for everyone to use as they see fit if they want

I would suggest you make a fork on github and commit those changes and create a merge request so that it can be merged in the main branch.
