For interest of those integrating altitude pressure sensors and speed sensors, I enclose a link to the  Tutorial / Primer on interfacing pressure sensors which was written by the PixHawk team.

Great link Pete, I was just looking for that page.

There is a barometer and differential pressure sensor huging from the
interface board with need for some maths.

Has anyone already done this sensor to airspeed/altitude conversion
for MatrixPilot?

No one that I know of has written barometer to altitude conversions for MatrixPilot yet.
