Access to google code repository

[UAVflightdirector]

I would to open write access to the google code repository for any
interface user who wants it. The rules are:

1. Open source only. No code from any non free open source project.
2. You will make changes in a branch, out of the way of the root code.
3. You are competant using the repository tools.

I would like to share superuser access with at least one other
person. This is for multiple redundancy. The extra superuser does not
have to have any other responsibility than holding a spare set of
keys.

Any advice or preferances on setup is appreciated.

I am not really competant enough to properly use the repository tools
myself. Please excuse any minor hiccups as the project gets going.
